  1. DELIVERY TERMS

    • Ordered goods are handed over to the selected carrier on the same day if the order is placed by 10:30. Orders received after 10:30 or on weekends will be handed over to the carrier on the next business day.
    • Due to our large stock inventory, there should not be a situation where we are out of stock of the ordered goods. However, if the situation arises where the goods you ordered are sold out before your order is processed, we will contact you immediately and agree on the next steps.
  2. RECEIVING THE GOODS

    • To avoid any misunderstandings when receiving goods, please follow these instructions:
      1. If you notice that the package is visibly damaged (e.g. torn or crushed cardboard) when receiving it, do not accept it! Contact us, and we will arrange further steps (phone: +420 267 184 639, business hours 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM). Confirm to the carrier that you are refusing the package due to damage.
      2. Open the package immediately after delivery and check its contents. Do not delay the inspection; the sooner we know about any potential damage, the sooner we will be able to take action.
      3. If you accepted the package and later find that the goods are damaged during transport, do not discard any part of the packaging or padding and contact us immediately! If you report damage to the goods more than two days after receiving the package, we will not be able to process your complaint favorably.
