Goods purchased through our online store www.bollgear.com can be returned without giving a reason within the statutory 14-day period from the date of purchase/receipt:

Return Procedure:

1. To return goods, fill out and print the Withdrawal from the Purchase Agreement form (available for download HERE). The information required for filling out can be found on the invoice.
2. Ensure the goods are in their original condition (original packaging, tag). If the goods are not returned in their original condition, we will not be able to refund the full price of the goods.
3. Carefully pack the goods to prevent damage during transport. Ideally, use the original packaging. Don’t forget to include the signed Withdrawal from the Purchase Agreement form.
